Every order placed on BuyerHubs via any means will comply with the following terms and conditions.
Modification or edits in any of the points of terms and conditions can only be performed by the director of the company. No employee or any other official owns the right to perform these activities.
The prices mentioned on the website don’t include value-added tax, which is 20% of the mentioned price.
Payment has to be done against each order. Available methods to make a payment is; Cash on Delivery. We process your card for payment once the order gets packed, charged, and moved to dispatch.
You are not eligible to cancel your order once the card has been processed for payment
You are only eligible to cancel an order if the payment hasn’t been processed. If the cancelled order has been packed, you would be charged 20% of the order amount to cover handling and labour costs.
The company will not cater a refund if it has not been written as an agreement. Return charges will be endured by the buyer. The company will accept under the following conditions;
- The product is not damaged and in a perfect state
- It is intact in original packaging
However, 10% of the order amount will be charged from the refund to cover handling and labour costs.
If the product is available, it will take five working days (starting from the day your payment is processed) to be delivered to your address.
The date and time of delivery are not exact; instead, they are an estimated figure provided to you in good faith. The company will perform its duty to deliver your product(s) at the given date and time with complete dedication. However, we will not be responsible for any late or non-delivery of the product(s) ordered.
The carrier of the delivery item has to sign to confirm that the item has been received. Any order which is not accepted will be considered as a failed delivery. The person who placed the order has to pay £5 for not accepting the order. This amount is charged to cover the storage and handling costs which the carrier company will make us liable for. It is your responsibility to receive or assign someone to receive the order between 9 am to 6m on Monday to Friday.
If you find anything missing in your order, you will notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. Written notification is required; otherwise, your claim won’t be entertained.
We pack everything very carefully and use highly protective material (polystyrene chips or nibble wrap etc.) for the job. However, the items consisting of earthenware, glass, and china will be sent at the purchaser’s risk.
Damages found on all items except the ones mentioned above can be claimed for a free replacement or a refund (issued to the customer through credit card). The company will approve one of these two compensations based on its circumstances at that moment.
5% of the order amount will be charged from the buyer if any damage or breakage as a trade custom.
The company will not accept any return if a written agreement has not been made. The delivery charges will be endured by the buyer.
The company owns the right to modify the items and their charges without any prior notice at any time on the website.
